The Robert Treat Academy Central School is constructing a two-phase addition/renovation for their growing student population. The first phase includes a gymnasium with full size basketball court and stage. The gymnasium doubles as a cafeteria and auditorium with a new state-of-the-art kitchen and retractable tables. The initial phase also includes music and art classrooms, administrative offices, and an entrance lobby. The second phase provides for eight new large classrooms together with renovations to the existing building. The renovations include converting the existing gym into a library/media room and computer lab under a pyramid skylight structure and central courtyard.
