New Community Center Building and New Sports Field in a suburban park of Montclair, NJ. The new ‘Wally Choice’ dedicated building will replace an existing, smaller and antiquated facility and will provide a large multi- purpose community room, commercial kitchen facility, computer lab classroom/ conference/ work room, administration offices, and a police substation. The building will provide for new landscaped parking areas with a covered drop-off entry dedicated for seniors and will also house extensive sports and park storage space and dedicated exterior access restrooms for park users and team sports. The project provides for a new grading and drainage, state of the art synthetic turf football field, bleacher seating, sports and recreational lighting.
