Montgomery Heights

Montgomery Heights is a new mixed-use development complex in the heart of Newark’s historic High Street District. The architecture and imagery is based on the rich heritage of the surrounding district with deep Italianate overtones and European detailing of neighborhood buildings represented here in a modern interpretation. The housing project has been awarded Tax Credit Assistance as a Low Income Housing leader in partnership with the Housing Authority of the City of Newark. The first building currently under construction consists of 80 units of housing with structured parking and 10,000 square feet ground floor retail. Many of the units boast breathtaking views of both the Newark and the New York City skyline. The buildings feature modern lobbies and gathering spaces, fitness facilities, multi-media rooms, business centers, and meeting rooms. The subsequent buildings will continue the character and massing of the first phase.
